Blogbastic! is Jim Caro’s quotations, musings, aphorisms and autobiographical reflections. Lately, he has also taken the passion of blogging about news and current events trying to highlight the seemingly trivial things in the life of a Pinoy expat, student and family man. He is currently based in Bangkok, Thailand Cockburn, Perth, Australia.
Jim started to work at about age 8. He has worked as a cigarette vendor, bread vendor, junk man, Jollibee staff (grill section then production controller), musician, assistant music director, theater apprentice, research assistant, freelance researcher, freelance journalist (Philippine Daily Inquirer), research associate, communications specialist and communications consultant.
He is expected to be based by August 2007 in Perth, Australia where he’ll is pursue pursuing advanced post graduate training at Murdoch University in Veterinary Studies. However, most of his research work will concentrate on animal health communication.
